  1. Roll Call
    1. Amanda Grant, Shaun Garrity, Brian Falcione, Lisa Buckley, Jon Grant, Lou Teixeira, Lorraine Paukner, Colum Kavanagh
    2. Seamus Fennessy – arrived late
    3. John Freitas– not in attendance
  2. Review of Minutes from August
    1. Tabled – Need to link to website
  3. Registrar’s Report
    1. Tabled – Amanda to run reports for next meeting
  4. Treasurer’s Report
    1. Report was tabled
  5. Field Report
    1. Open – Eme to open every day.
    2. Close – Jon/Monday; Lorraine/Tuesday; Shaun/Wednesday; Lisa/Thursday; Amanda/Friday
    3. If a coach is staying later than coordinator then coach should be asked to close pad locks if its necessary
    4. Field Cleanup – in future not on Labor Day weekend
    5. Well is DRY

  1. Reseeding of Field 2A, 2B – why hasn’t this been started? Next step?

    1. Rules Vote in September (Stoughton has 3 votes) – we need three attendees
  3. TOPS Soccer Report
    1. TOPS registration was opened
    2. Jen to send Fall info for website

    1. Confirm email votes – Tabled
    2. Opening week – are we ready?  Yes, good to go
    3. Clinics – going well. Good turnout. More organized. Feedback is positive to date.
