  1. Roll Call (Amanda Freitas, Lisa Buckley, Colum Kavanagh, Jon Grant, Lou Teixeira, Shaun Garrity, Craig Smith, Ian Fox, Sando Santos) (Not in attendance - Seamus Fennessey)
  2. Review of minutes from October
  3. Registrars Report
    1. In-house are low. U14’s low, HS low.  U14’s one team each. Keep HS open.
  4. Treasurers Report
    1. Tax filing – Shaun is in good shape.
      1. Revenue had to be categorized.
      2. Shaun will contact Ron.
    2. Lower balance than normal due to more expenses recently.
  5. Field Report
    1. Landscape Bids needed.
      1. Current landscaper does not respect our request for mow days etc.
    2. Field closing / Winter cleanup
  6. Concession Report
    1. Winterize Concession Stand
      1. Remove soda, leave items that don’t freeze
      2. Shut down water, cold water only in bathroom
  7. SSSL report
    1. 10/16/15 General Mtg at 7:30 / Registrar at 6:30
      1. More rule changes to be voted on
  8. TOPS Soccer Report - Tabled
  9. Fall 2015
    1. Sponsor plaques – need to deliver
      1. How are we getting the new plaques?
    2. Send out email thanking coaches and sponsors
  10. Old Business
    1. S&L booster pump under warranty – will replace in Spring
    2. Purchase Velcro for nets. Black at Harbor Freight – Colum
    3. Policy document – review policy changes for accuracy
      1. Add concussion item to policy
        1. Should be mandatory for all coaches to take the online training and submit certificate
        2. Head injury player is removed from play
  11. New Business
    1. Spring 2016 Registration
      1. Low for in-house / travel is comparable to previous seasons
    2. Sponsors Spring 2016
      1. w/f plaques then Jon to start to process previous
    3. Team store sales commission – Poptops
    4. Spring 2016 photo day?
      1. Lou to finalize a date – try for May 15th
    5. GPS wants to meet with board
      1. Aaron Salter HS coach and regional director of coaching
      2. YES – invite them to the December meeting
    6. Allowing kids to play up – U10B
    7. Pick number of travel teams
      1. U14B – 1 team
      2. U14G – 1 team
      3. U10B – 4 teams (possible 5)
      4. U10G – 5 teams
      5. U12B – 2 teams
      6. U12G – 2 teams (only enough for 1 now)
      7. U16/18B – 12/7 – only enough for one team now
      8. U16/18G – 4/4 – not enough for one team now
    8. Pick travel coaches
