C. Registrar’s Report a. Spring Registration Closed? WILL BE REOPENING IN HOUSE FOR A FEW DAYS

     b. Rosters Submitted to SSSL?  SUBMITTED, STILL CHASING A FEW PLAYERS FOR PICS

                   

D. Treasurer’s Report a. SSSL Paid for past season?      HAS BEEN PAID

     a. Pump        NO UPDATE, WILL KNOW MORE IN MARCH                 

                          TRUE GREEN EMAILED ABOUT MOSQUITO SPRAYING, WILL BE DOING IT

G. SSSL Report         AT THE NEXT MEETING THERE WILL BE A VOTE ABOUT CHANGES TO DIVISION CATEGORIZATION, 3 PEOPLE CAN VOTE FROM SYS

                   

 

H. TOP Soccer Report    INVOICE WAS SENT, WILL BE PAID BY SYSL

I. Spring '2017

    a. Sponsors Spring 2017 Update       CURRENTLY HAVE 11 SPONSORS, NEED 9 MORE

    b. Travel: Roster Release Date / Coach access to SP?   COACHES WILL GAIN ACCESS IN EARLY MARCH

    c. Travel: Uniform Ordering Update (shorts and socks first, uniforms w/o numbers if needed)

TRAVEL PLAYERS WILL HAVE TO EMAIL AMANDA, THERE WASN’T AN OPTION ON SPORTS PILOT FOR ORDERING A UNIFORM, TRAVEL SOCKS NEED TO BE ORDERED AS WELL.

                   

d. In-House: Choose number of teams for each div             DONE

e. In-House: Choose Coaches                                             DONE

f. In-House: Choose game times               SUNDAYS- U5/U6  12:00  U8 BOYS & GIRLS 1:30

g. In-House: Uniform Ordering Update (shorts and socks first. Uniforms once sponsors are set)
